Our employee background check consumer reports are compliant with the FCRA, CFPB, EEOC, ADA and DOT. Please remember that as an employer, if you utilize a consumer report or investigative consumer report as part of your pre-employment screening and hiring process, you have responsibilities to ensure that the reports obtained from PreHire Screening are used in compliance with certain regulations.
