PreHire offers Volunteer Screening to non-profit and volunteer organizations as a means to identify any person (volunteer or staff) who may harm children or vulnerable adults. This includes churches, schools, camps, youth sports associations and other volunteer organizations.

Volunteer screening serves two main purposes:

• to create and maintain a safe environment
• to ensure an appropriate match between volunteer and task

Why screen?
Any organization that provides programs to children or vulnerable adults, has a moral and legal obligation to appropriately screen people who work for them, including volunteers.
