PreHire Screening Services is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA), as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our consumer reports are compliant with the FCRA, EEOC, ADA and DOT. Please remember that as an employer, if you utilize a consumer report or investigative consumer report as part of the hiring process, you have responsibilities to ensure that the reports obtained from PreHire are used in compliance with certain regulations.

To assist you in staying up-to-date with the latest compliance requirements, we have provided the following information. Although we update this section regularly, please be sure to let us know if you discover any out-of-date information or broken links.
