Account Setup Process

1. Once we understand your screening requirements, we will email you a new client registration kit and pricing for the products you have expressed interest in.

2. If you find our understanding of your needs and our pricing to be satisfactory, complete the registration information and fax it back to us.

3. As soon as we have received your registration, we will setup your account on our secure website and email you with your login information and user manual so that you can begin ordering immediately.

Before Ordering

As part of the application process, please remember to inform all applicants in writing that a background investigation will be conducted by having them complete an Applicant Authorization Form. You can use the English and Spanish authorization forms located on the Resources page of our website or we can customize an Applicant Authorization Form for you.
